The Process
01 — Complete Tear Down
Each putter is fully disassembled and bead blasted to allow proper access to every surface, ensuring no detail is overlooked during the restoration process.
02 — Structural Correction
Heavier tooling is used to address deeper dings, and surface damage, carefully removing imperfections while preserving the integrity of the head.
03 — Hand Finishing & Bead Blast
Final refinement is completed by hand, followed by a controlled glass bead blast to create a smooth, uniform surface ready for finishing.
