Precision Face Restoration
The head is rigidly fixtured and indicated in to establish the face square to the spindle within tight tolerance. Runout is checked across the face, and the setup is adjusted until true. A light skim cut is then taken to clean up the surface, removing minimal material to bring the face to zero. This establishes a flat, square datum for all subsequent milling operations, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the entire face.

03 — Hand Finishing & Bead Blast
Final refinement is completed by hand, followed by a controlled glass bead blast to create a smooth, uniform surface ready for finishing.
Each putter is fully disassembled and bead blasted to allow proper access to every surface, ensuring no detail is overlooked during the restoration process.
01 — Complete Tear Down
Heavier tooling is used to address deeper dings, dents, and surface damage, carefully removing imperfections while preserving the integrity of the head.
